Welcome to Lightwood, Fall 2025, Issue #23.
As we end our 6th year of Lightwood, I want to thank all the writers, artists and reviewers who make this magazine come to life. I also want to thank our readers and their 60,000 views on the Lightwood pages.
On the literary side, Lightwood is moving in a new direction. We’ll be posting throughout the month and beyond when we want to bring new pieces to you, not only around the 21st of September, December, March and June. This will give us and our readers more focus on individual works rather than having a dozen or more pieces posting over 3 or 4 days. We hope this meets with your approval.
The healing power of art and our communication with each other is truly evident here. And ongoing. Let’s continue our positive input into the world even though destructive forces try to bend our lives away from the human connections that bring us together.
